Làm thế nào để thiết lập OpenMPI chạy trong Netbeans
Bài viết này được viết bằng 2 ngôn ngữ là tiếng Anh và tiếng tiếng Việt. Môi trường thiết lập là hệ điều hành CentOS 6.4, phiên bản Netbean 7.3 và phiên bản OpenMPI 1.5.4.
This guide uses both English and Vietnamese. Environment in this guide is CentOS 6.4, Netbean 7.3 and OpenMPI 1.5.4.
Đầu tiên, bạn setup một Build Tool MPI mới như sau:
First, you setup a new Build Tool MPI as:
Select Menu >> Project Properties >> Build, chose MPI in Tool Collection.

Trong mục Project Properties, chọn Run và Enviroment.
In Project Properties, select Run and Enviroment.
Name = LD_LIBRARY_PATH
Value = {đường dẫn}/openmpi/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
Ví dụ như ở máy mình:
Value = /usr/lib/openmpi/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
Setup variables in Debug Environment:
Name = LD_LIBRARY_PATH
Value = {path to}/openmpi/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
Example in my computer:
Value = /usr/lib/openmpi/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
In Run Command of Project Properties, open Debug - Run Command window and modify the value in this as mpiexec -n 4 "${OUTPUT_PATH}", of course the parameter 4 (number processors) can be replace by another value if you want.
And now, you can run and see the result.

Thiết lập các giá trị Debug Environment:Name = LD_LIBRARY_PATH
Value = {đường dẫn}/openmpi/lib:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH
Ví dụ như ở máy mình:
